We had a fantastic time splashing around in the indoor and outdoor pools! 🌊 The beds were super comfy too. However, the breakfast options felt a bit limited, only grab-and-go items available. Overall, a lovely stay!

great stay with a few minor hiccups
The check-in process was efficient, and the staff members went out of their way to assist. Additionally, the comfortable bedding in our room made for a great night's sleep during our stay.
The breakfast area got quite crowded at peak times.

We had a fantastic 3-night stay and loved the comfy queen beds in our room! The indoor pool and whirlpool were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The jacuzzi was a bit tricky to figure out, but it didn't ruin our fun—definitely pack your swimsuits! 😊

Great family-friendly with fantastic amenities
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, primarily enjoying the two pool options, especially the outdoor slide that our kids loved! The cleanliness of our room exceeded our expectations, and the proximity to local attractions made our trip even better. The grab-and-go breakfast was a perfect start to our busy days. However, it would be great if they had tea available in the rooms for non-coffee drinkers like me.

Exploring the local eats was a blast! Blue Moose Burgers & Wings really hit the spot for a hearty meal, and don't even get me started on Little Tokyo—sushi heaven! The breakfast at the hotel was decent too, just a bit limited.
Now, the jacuzzi situation was a real head-scratcher! Not sure how to turn it on with that knob across the wall. Plus, our light switch was a ghost—didn't do anything! Still managed to have a good time, though.

The cozy fireplace in the lobby was like a warm hug, inviting us to sit and relax, making it very accessible for seniors who want a breather from activities.
A dedicated elevator for seniors would be helpful.

The stay was enjoyable as we were looking for a family-friendly place while visiting nearby attractions. Our room was clean and maintained, which made us feel at home. The pool area was a hit with the kids, but the breakfast area felt a bit cramped, especially during peak hours when some food items ran out quickly. Overall, it was a solid stay, and I appreciate how the staff handled the busy environment.
